Retail Banking/Customer Service/Teller
Skills include excellent customer service, assisting customers with their banking transactions, cash handling and counting currency accurately, answer and research customer inquiries. Learn to open new accounts, identify customer needs and recommend the best product and/or service to meet those needs. The candidate complies with regulations, policies and procedures.
Education requirements are high school level of math and communication skills. Six months cash experience is preferred and helpful.
Training is provided in a professional atmosphere. Training includes job shadowing, training modules for regulations, review of policies and procedures, and operating a Teller window with an experienced Teller observing for support and questions.
Hours for a work schedule vary. The branch is opened 7 days a week. Availability for a flexible work schedule is helpful for this location. The candidate must be available to work 2-3 evening shifts per week with Saturdays required and rotating Sunday shifts. Weekday hours to the public are 9am-7pm. The branch's Saturday hours to the public are 9am-6pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
