The Manager of Card Operations will be responsible for all Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Card, and Card Systems operational functions. This includes setting operational strategic direction, ensuring that production and efficiency goals are met, and collaborating with the Card Product & Strategy, Marketing and Business and Treasury Services Divisions for the development, pricing and market competitiveness of products and services. This position will manage all cardholder authorization and related fraud detection activity and ensure systems are operating to maximize interchange revenue without sacrificing customer service.

We are looking for a motivating leader to manage and develop a team of seasoned and technically strong individuals, to ensure all profitability and production goals are met and maintain fraud detection tools at optimum levels. The Manager of Card Operations will be integral in proactively partnering with the Customer Contact Center and Branch Services to ensure all card operational customer services issues are resolved timely. This person will also be responsible for maintaining & negotiating vendor relationships; sit on various policy building committees, and provide periodic scorecard reporting to management including presentation of department results.




Position Requirements

Bachelor degree with a minimum of 15 years banking experience, including a minimum of 8 years management experience.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 19 years banking experience, including a minimum of 8 years management experience.
